At Wiecel™, you have a 30-day return policy. If the shoes do not fit or do not meet your expectations, you can easily return them.

We only ask that the shoes are returned in their original condition.

Can I use other insoles in the shoes?

If you would like to use a different insole, such as a special orthopedic insert, or wear thicker socks, we recommend choosing one size larger.

Is it possible to wear socks with barefoot shoes?

Yes, that is completely up to you — you can still enjoy all the health benefits of barefoot shoes while wearing socks!

Only the barefoot feeling itself may be slightly reduced by socks.

How do I clean the shoes properly?

All Wiecel® models can be safely washed in the washing machine using a gentle cycle.

NOTE: We recommend removing the shoelaces before washing and cleaning them separately by hand, as their special material may fray in the washing machine.
